Waterkill by Mark Donovan

Waterkill is a book that should hit home for nearly every American. We all know about Flint, MI, and this is 100x worse. Terrorism is no joke. The author shared a well-developed and intense story that will be embraced by readers everywhere. I'm pretty sure that most of us don't even think much about where our water comes from. In fact, our biggest concerns are whether it's this brand or that brand, or if it is sparkling water.

While this was a very male-dominated story, I was highly peeved at the irony in the role Dana, a female, played in putting everything into motion -- all because she couldn't keep her mouth shut. When your man has a high-risk job, keep your mouth shut. Women, sigh.
