Autumn's Child is one of those books I dread reading. I dread reading books like this because it touches something deep in my soul and makes me want to change the world to make it a better place for everyone. When I first started this book, I was reminded of a book I read a long time ago in high school, and I felt trapped and stuck in a world that wasn't mine, and by that I mean, I couldn't completely relate to the main character. However, I also wanted to bring the characters with me into the safety of my world. Lala truly has the strength that is beyond this world and I commend her for the sacrifices that she made when it came to other people's needs. My only hope is that Lala some day truly finds peace.
