The formatting for this book was not my favorite. It was hard to follow along with who said what and when, which just ended up confusing me. I had to spend extra energy rereading several times just to better understand exactly what was happening. However, there were some really good stories that definitely need to be shared. With some editorial changes, this could be a much stronger piece of work.
