From what I've come to expect from Vickery, this was definitely out of the norm. This book has a different feel then that of the Blue Hills gang, but the overall plot was similar. What's interesting is that these characters are completely different in style and background, but this story still has Vickery's familiar - and famous! - writing and it made the story that much better. I enjoyed reading this book and would be interested to see what happens next for Pace and Lola. I am also curious to see how this will develop as a series.
