SOS Sarge by LJ Vickery
This was actually one of my favorite in the SOS Series. For some reason, there seem to be an extra touch of mystery and suspense with Sarge's story. I think this has to do with how strong of a character Brigid is and how she's the only female character so far who matches the men in terms of her line of work. One thing I do want to take the time to shout out is how Vickery incorporates relevant social and cultural themes into her stories - there's so much diversity that her books are really for everyone and for all. This one is a win!
