Tendril Hearts by LJ Vickery

[spoilers] Now I am not joking when I say that this was by far my favorite book of the Blue Hills gang (Vickery is giving me great stories back to back!). I loved the mix of elderly, Gods and Goddesses, regular adults, and teenagers. As always, Vickery has found a way to add another complex layer to the plot and keep you wondering what’s coming next. The overall plot is the same (mate all 13 Gods before a certain date), and you would think that it would be hard to keep the stories fresh after a certain point, but Vickery really excels at this. I know Lahar is next, of course (right?), but I literally have no clue what storyline Vickery has planned for him. I’m already ready for the next book in the series, and yes, I have to say it again: I’m still holding out for Maity’s turn! ;)
